SERVICES
I&H Associates serves its manufacturing clients in a 3-pronged approach, consulting with the area's architects to help them to specify quality products for their projects, as well as presenting application solutions to building owners and bringing these opportunities to qualified distributors with whom they have existing relationships.
Consulting
It is our goal to meet with building owners and architects to make them aware of the products that are available to help them to find solutions to problems they are currently experiencing and applications they are developing in their existing facilities and for future projects.
Project Development
It is our goal to use our relationships within the industry and other informational tools and methods to find projects and opportunities that are a good match for our manufacturing client's products, then get their products approved and specifed to create sales opportunities.
Sales
It is our job, first and foremost as manufacturing sales representatives to bring business to our clients. We consult and develop opportunities, as well as follow up quotes and provide market intell that will enable our clients to be more competitive in the marketplace. That will ultimately help us to pull orders through distribution.

I&H Associates staff has been serving the architectural openings industry since the early 1970's. In 1974 Ralph D. Irwin and Joseph J. Hynds, AHC, founded I. & H. Associates Inc. to represent a few high quality manufacturers in the Door and Hardware Industry. James J. Cavness, AHC, continued that tradition and today I&H is very proud to represent some of the largest, most prestigious and most recognized names in Architectural Doors, Frames and Hardware. I&H Associates specializes in business development for its manufacturing clients through building relationships with Distributors in its 5 state territory as well as consulting with the area's Architects and Building Owners to ensure consistent project opportunities and increased market share. I&H Associates works with sister company LEEDING Architectural to represent 14 Door, Frame and Hardware manufacturers.
